To tell you frankly, there no genuine website or employer which will give you authenticate data entry for form filling jobs,
My advice to you would be. . . .
- You can try contacting your nearest medical center or a doctor to whom you know, you can ask him if he has any kind of data entry or form filling jobs, because I have seen many doctors who want to migrate their patient health records from hardcopy to softcopy in computers. This can be very good option of getting data entry jobs without investment.

- The option you can try is any travel or general stores near you, if can ask them if they want to convert their inventory to more accurate and precise way, by migrating to computer.
- You can also contact accountants in your area, they usually have very good requirement of data entry and data processing, they usually need someone who can do this on part time basis, this is also good option if you want to work 3-4 hrs a day.
