Question: I'm a working person aged 22 years interested to work from home on Chennai. I have completed my under graduation in Maths. I can do home based data entry job. But 3 months back I have been cheated, I have wasted my time and efforts, But they never turned back with any details. So I am really afraid to give registration for these kind of jobs. So please let me know some details whether I can do this job at home, let me know about data entry jobs without registration.

Answer: Hi Gifthiya, Thanks for your post. So you got caught in internet scams. Almost every websites on net are fake. Only 10-20% of websites are authentic and scamfree. And it is very difficult to find legitimate website from them. Otherwise you will waste your time and efforts both. So I've some options for you to start some legitimate work from home.

As you said that you have done your under graduation in Maths, the best option is that you go for some freelance jobs like data entry or accounting jobs. These jobs are high in demand these days and also it is related to your field and education. There are some free websites like getafreelancer.com, elance.com, odesk.com etc. that provide direct link between the employer & the service provider. Here you will find a lot of opportunity to start work from home jobs without any investment. As a service provider you have to bid for the project. If you are a right candidate for the job, you are selected by an interview or an email.

Second option, you can also find data entry or accounting jobs by contacting a company directly or in newspaper classifieds. So start working as a freelancer online by using your knowledge.
