If one gets a job then remuneration is provided according to the the statutory minimum wage applicable to workers in the State. Loans are provided along with assistance to start small scalebusiness in homes.
Women particularly are the main beneficiaries. Training is provided to improve their skills in making home based products like incense sticks,clay pots, baskets, handicrafts,etc. Loans are sanctioned after the completion of training.In many cases the government buy products from these workers and markets it.
