  • How did you prepare for this interview?

For this question, come out with an honest answer. Tell the interviewer in gist your performance evaluation process. The interviewer in fact wants to know whether you know these things and your areas of improvement.

  • What did your supervisor list as your areas of improvement on your last performance evaluation?
  • Tell me about one of your weaknesses.
